Do I need a UAE RERA licence to refer clients to Evara?
No. Indian-based partners do not require a UAE RERA licence to introduce or refer clients. The RERA licence obligation sits with Evara Properties as the transacting UAE broker. Your role is introduction only — all UAE-side advisory, documentation, and DLD registration is handled by Evara.
Is there any cost to join the Diamond Partner Programme?
Zero. No registration fee, no annual fee, no exclusivity requirement, and no minimum referral obligation. You join by signing a simple Partner MoU, receive your welcome pack with all marketing materials, and start introducing clients. Evara earns only when a transaction closes.
When and how are referral fees paid to partners?
Referral fees are structured in two tranches: the first tranche is released within 7 working days of booking confirmation, and the second at handover or loan disbursement. Payment is made via bank transfer or SWIFT directly to your Indian bank account. Full payment terms are detailed in the Partner MoU provided upon registration.
How does LRS remittance work for my clients?
Each Indian resident can remit USD 250,000 per financial year under RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) for property purchase abroad. A couple can remit USD 500,000 combined (~AED 1.84M/year), enabling most Dubai off-plan payment plans to be covered over 1–2 financial years. Evara provides a full LRS remittance planning document for every client.
What happens if my client already knows about Dubai property?
Your client's relationship with Evara is tagged to you from first introduction. Even if they have previously enquired elsewhere, a formal partner introduction by you creates a new protected relationship. Evara's policy: the referring partner is always credited if they make the introduction that leads to a booking.
Can I become a channel partner if I am based outside India?
Yes. Evara partners are active across UK, Singapore, UAE (non-RERA-registered), USA, Canada, and Australia — wherever there is an NRI or UHNWI client base. The programme structure and partnership terms apply identically regardless of the partner's location.
What marketing support does Evara provide?
Every partner receives: co-branded investment brochures, WhatsApp-ready property decks, LRS/FEMA explainer documents, India–UAE tax comparison sheets in INR/AED, ROI calculators, a partner welcome pack, and a dedicated WhatsApp line to Vinod for fast deal support. Diamond partners receive custom-branded materials and quarterly investment briefings.
